Salads

Achichuk ~ 1000 tenge

A traditional salad of ripe and juicy tomatoes, with thinly sliced pickled onions, its fresh taste will perfectly complement both Tashkent pilaf and any main dish of Central Asian cuisine!

Shepherd`s salad ~ 1200 tenge

This is the most favorite salad of Anatoly shepherds, sweet tomatoes, crispy fresh cucumbers, fresh onions, finely chopped and seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice

This salad has long been served with kebabs and grilled meat.

Karyn Sai ~ 1200 tenge

For the preparation of Karyn Sai, according to the traditional recipe, lamb tripe, a special tomato sauce and vegetables are taken, onions, carrots, red bell peppers. In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil , all the ingredients are fried .

The dish is served hot. This is not only delicious, but also a very healthy salad.

Tandoor

Tandoor naan ~ 400 tenge

This is a traditional bread of the peoples of Central Asia, perfectly combined with all dishes. Our naan have a special aroma and a unique taste of fresh crispy crust.

After baking in a Tandoor – a special clay oven, the bread turns out to be crispy and soft.

Kulcha ~ 200 tenge

Kulcha – baked in a tandoor of yeast dough, and decorated with sesame seeds. They are smaller, denser and more tender than Tandoor naan.

Kulcha can accompany any dishes.

Tamchi Samsa ~ 400 tenge

Tamchi samsa is made from hand-kneaded puff pastry stuffed with chopped meat, an abundance of onions and fat. The combination of oriental spices and a special tomato sauce give samsa an unforgettable taste.

Samsa has a drop shape, for this reason it is called Tamchi.

Soups

Lamb shurpa~ 1000 tenge

This is a traditional nomad soup, characterized by the simplicity of the recipe and amazing taste. For the preparation of shurpa, lamb meat is traditionally used, mostly brisket, shank, or neck. These parts give the most delicious broth.

Also, potatoes, onions, carrots, bell peppers, dried herbs and fresh herbs are added to the soup.

Kele Pacha ~ 1200 tenge

The king of all soups, Kelle Pacha, made from lamb’s head and legs, conquers hearts literally from the first spoonful. The soup is cooked for more than 6 hours, served with melted butter, garlic paste and black pepper.

Main Course

Tashkent pilaf ~ 1500 tenge

Tashkent pilaf has absorbed all the best of the recipes of its brethren – Ferghana, Samarkand, and Bukhara pilaf. It is prepared from crumbly rice of the “Laser” variety, young lamb meat, chickpeas, an abundance of onions and yellow carrots.

We recommend in addition to take Tashkent tea, Achichuk salad and tender tandoor naan!

Kazan kebab ~ 1600 tenge

Kazan kebab is a simple dish that consists of two main ingredients, but it turns out delicious and satisfying. The meat of a young lamb is fried in a cauldron over high heat, then potatoes are also fried.

The special aroma of the cauldron kebab is provided by spices – coriander and cumin. Take a tandoor naan to this dish, it will perfectly complement this dish.

Jeez ~ 1600 tenge

Jiz is the main men’s festive dish in Uzbekistan, originally from the city of Jizzakh.

Soft boiled meat is fried over an open fire in a cauldron with an abundant amount of vegetable oil, seasoned with cumin, coriander and served with fried onions and potatoes.

Kuyrdak~ 1600 tenge
